What is KL like without Phuture/ Velvet? I don't think I am the only person who thinks that it is indeed the only place that is worth going to. If you want to see anyone, friends or not, go there. There are two consequences to bear; either you get sandwiched among your own friends or get stared at by your foes the entire night. It was hilarious how babyJL went to meet her colleagues for like an hour, drank a glass of champagne mixed with peach snapps and came back to me drunk. She literally blacked out when I went out to bring her in. Silly girl.

So I met up with old friends, old friendships and not of age. Everyone asked me the same question, "Are you back for good?"... Hmm.. tricky question people! Anyhow, we drank quite a bit towards the end of the night, when everyone was intoxicated they tend to be more willing to spend on alcohol only to regret it the next day. You will either say,

"Urgh!! I drank too much!!" or
"Sei lor, where did all my money go?" or
Both.

In my case, it was the first one but for babyJL, neither. She drank a glass of champagne and got drunk. She didn't drink too much or spent a whole lot on that glass. It was probably free anyway. Salute!
